Jimmy Presnell may not have found lasting love on Season 6 of the Netflix dating show Love Is Blind, but the 30-year-old reality TV star is learning to love himself thanks to a confidence-building makeover that has him feeling more confident than ever. Presnell just debuted the results of a 30-pound weight loss, in addition to continuing to share his hair transplant journey with his social media followers.
“I can’t even explain the level of confidence I’ve gotten back from this,” Presnell shared following his hair transplant surgery, which he’s openly documented on his social media accounts. Now, the Charlotte, North Carolina native is sharing the results of a massive physical makeover, leading some to say he’s “unrecognizable.”
“207 to 178,” the reality TV star shared in a video of himself in a gym locker room, flexing the results of his new workout and diet regime.

View this post on InstagramThe reality TV star has shared his makeover journey, starting with a 2024 hair transplant surgery, calling the surgery “the best decision.” Presnell documented the approximately $11K procedure, showing the progress in its various stages post-surgery. In follow-up social media videos, he also detailed other procedures he underwent, including PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, which costs between $400 to $600.
In a separate video shared on social media, Presnell revealed that he began noticing a change in his hairline when he was a sophomore in college, but appearing on television inspired him to do something about it in hopes of regaining his confidence.
"I'm a huge advocate for men doing what they need to do to make them more confident and happy with themselves. I wouldn't change a single thing," he said.
Presnell’s appearance on Love Is Blind was filled with drama due to his tumultuous relationship with ex-Chelsea Blackwell. Despite splitting romantically, the two remain friendly. He told Entertainment Weekly:
"I mean, a lot of the reason why I chose her in the first place is because I felt I had a best friend in her. After the show, she wasn't the biggest Jimmy fan for a while, after our breakup and after our second breakup. We rekindled again a couple of months back, before [the season came out], and it was more of, 'I don't want to go into this reunion cold turkey. If you don't want to be my friend, I totally respect it.'"
