Nick Cannon has been very open about parenthood since becoming a father to 12 children over the past several years — but his oldest children have often stayed silent about their many siblings.
The longtime television personality, 45, first became a dad when he welcomed Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey back in 2011. At 14-years-old, the twins are Cannon's oldest children and share a significant age gap with their father's other kids.
Cannon also has ten other children: sons Golden, Zion, Zillion, Legendary and Rise, and daughters Powerful, Onyx, Halo and Beautiful — as well a son named Zen who died as an infant.

While Moroccan and Monroe have appeared in photos and family gatherings through the years, they haven't often commented on what it's like to have so many younger siblings. But on Thursday (Nov. 13), Monroe took to her Instagram stories to clear something up about her family.
"clearing something up guys," she wrote in the now-expired story, "i only have ONE brother who is @moroccan.cannon. i do have other half siblings from my dad but they are all many many years younger than me!"
Exactly why Monroe chose to make the statement right now isn't exactly clear but she did spend time with her youngest sister Halo back in September.
"Cannon Girls! My Youngest and My Oldest! Monroe and Halo! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ #Sisters," Cannon captioned the photo.
Carey, Monroe and Moroccan's mother, also recently spoke out about co-parenting with Cannon amid his growing family.
"How do I say this?" Carey said during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. "They spend time with him, and they have a good time; they spend time with me, and they have a good time."
She continued, "I want to make sure I’m always fair about the situation because it’s tough to grow up with divorced parents."
