Following an extensive book tour, including appearances on CBS Mornings and The View, The Firm author shared via social media that The Widow became a No. 1 NYT bestseller.
And as fans await The Boys from Biloxi to arrive on the small screen, they can enjoy The Rainmaker, starring John Slattery and Milo Callaghan. In an exclusive interview with Parade back in August, when the show premiered, the stars shared how their version of the source material is noticeably different from the 1997 film adaptation.
"I think he’s fantastic," Callaghan said of Matt Damon's performance from the movie. "And to stand on the shoulders of such a giant, I really wanted to honor that performance. So I did watch the film. I read the book while we were shooting. I sort of paid attention to them, appreciated them. Then put them to the side."
