According to the outlet, Campbell was one of 18 Hallmark stars aboard the Norwegian Joy that left from Miami on November 6. However, he was forced to fly home to Alberta from Cozumel during the ship's planned stop.
Actress Nikki DeLoach, who was co-hosting the fan cruise alongside Mean Girls star Jonathan Bennett, announced Campbell's departure. Pal Kimberley Sustad left with Campbell for support. The hosts led a prayer on board, which Megan McNulty shared via her Instagram Story.

The Canadian actor's latest film, Three Wisest Men, premieres Saturday on Hallmark Channel. The Extended Cut version will be available on Hallmark Plus the follow day.
