Shane Gillis had fans concerned after he appeared to be a bit out of sorts when he was a guest on this week’s "MNF Manningcast" with Eli and Peyton Manning.
The comedian, 37, was silent for several parts of the show and at one point, Eli, 44, wondered if he was even still there or if he’d somehow been disconnected from their call.

“Are you still on Shane? I don't even know,” the former Giants star said during the fourth quarter of the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers on Monday, November 10. “I thought we said goodbye but I'm just making sure you're still on.”
Gillis looked shocked at being called out and Peyton, 49, joked, “Speaking of awkwardness.”
The Tires star seemed slightly uncomfortable as he confirmed he was still there and then asked, “What would you guys talk about if I wasn’t here?”

Eli admitted that he didn’t know and added, “We'll give you an opportunity. If you want to go off, you're allowed to leave. If you want to ride it out with us, you can stay with us.”
Gillis said that he’d love to stay, but even fans thought the standup comic was quieter than usual and some expressed their concern in the comments section on YouTube.
“I feel like Shane was having a panic attack,” one person wrote, while another added, “People always assume comedians are gonna be funny all the time, this is a perfect example of how off the mic they're just normal people, especially Shane and his social anxiety.”
Gillis has previously admitted that he sometimes feels the pressure of performing in front of large audiences.
