Hallmark actor Joey Lawrence and his wife, Samantha Cope, are expecting their second child together. The couple announced the exciting news on the red carpet before the Nov. 11 episode of Dancing With the Stars.
Lawrence and Cope chatted with Entertainment Tonight ahead of the show's big birthday celebration when they announced the news. ET told the couple they looked great in their matching outfits, which Lawrence said, "nothing is planned, not even this," and pointed to Cope's tummy.

The couple also revealed they are expecting a baby boy — the first for Lawrence, who has two older daughters with ex Chandie Yawn-Nelson, and a daughter with Cope.
The news comes almost one year after the couple called off their divorce. In 2024, rumors that Lawrence had an affair with his Socked in for Christmas co-star, Melina Alves — which they both denied.
“With a deep sense of responsibility, I want to respond to the recent allegations surrounding my personal life, including my divorce and the claims of an affair with Melina Alves," Lawrence said in a since-deleted statement posted on Instagram. "Melina and I became close friends and I did not have a physical relationship with her while filming the movie ‘Socked in for Christmas.’ These rumors are false. Our bond was based on shared experiences and an understanding of the challenges we were both facing in our personal lives," he continued.
Cope, who married Lawrence in 2022, filed for divorce from Lawrence in August 2024 citing irreconcilable differences, according to Page Six.
By December 2024, however, Lawrence and Cope were back together as evidenced by some loved-up photos shared on social media.
