No. 2 Indiana and No. 9 Oregon both had difficult times en route to earning victories, as the Hoosiers needed a last-minute toe-tap touchdown to edge Penn State 27-24 and the Ducks required a 39-yard Atticus Sappington field goal at the buzzer to edge No. 20 Iowa.

A reminder: Rankings by the CFP selection committee will determine the bids that go to the 5 highest-ranked conference champions and the 7 highest-ranked remaining at-large teams.
