Glenn Close revealed that she rewatched her iconic movie Fatal Attraction with Kim Kardashian and other co-stars, and she admitted one part of the experience "shocked" her.
“I shocked myself,” Close, 78, told People about rewatching the 1987 film with Kardashian, 44, in an interview published on Monday, November 3. “It was wonderful to realize that the movie holds up incredibly well. In fact, I think there's almost a whole cultural shift since that movie came out. It was a very special evening."
Close explained that she and the reality star watched the movie alongside their All's Fair cast mates at a screening hosted at Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner’s home. Jenner, 69, came up with the idea to host the screening after Kardashian revealed she had never seen Fatal Attraction.
While Close admitted she was impressed with how well the movie has aged, Kardashian also shared that she was a fan during the joint interview. “It was insane, from the outfits to the boobs to the —,” Kardashian said before Close interrupted, “I like that she says outfits first.”
Close went on to share that she has it written into her contracts that she can take wardrobe from sets home with her.
“I laugh because if [Kim] could see my closet at home, I don’t even know what her reaction would be,” the Summer Book actress continued. “Every time I walk into my closet, I think of her.”
Close and Kardashian's co-stars Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts and Teyana Taylor also attended the screening at Jenner's home, and they recalled funny moments from their night together.
“Glenn was drunk — why didn’t we take her phone?!” Kardashian said, revealing she wanted to call Close's Fatal Attraction co-star Michael Douglas.
Other memories from the evening included Jenner falling asleep during the movie and Close sharing commentary on what she remembered most about each scene.
"I remember I went to go use the restroom, and they paused it because something was coming," Kardashian shared. "It was just so fun to hear commentary of exactly what was happening and scenes that made her nervous or excited."

Paulson, 50, opened up about what it was like to work with Close on the show, revealing that appreciated their time with her both on and off set of the Ryan Murphy show.
“I’m pretty confident everyone will say that we were all a little in awe that we were having this experience getting to watch and work with her,” Paulson said. “She was so kind and generous to everyone.”
