Veteran Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin has come to her own conclusion on her future with the Bravo reality show. The longtime RHONJ star, who joined the show as a main cast member in 2018, addressed speculation on her status for Season 15, following a chaotic 14th season that left the cast divided.
In an Instagram post on Oct. 30, Aydin wrote to fans, “Just wanted to hop on here and update you guys on a few things. A lot of you have been asking me if I’m still on the [show] or not. I can honestly say that nobody has told me anything. And they still haven’t told me anything.”
The mom of five admitted that she hadn’t “checked” with the network to confirm she wouldn’t be asked back, but surmised that the writing was on the wall. She added that she “would’ve liked to have known” what was going on so she could be “real” with fans.
“All I’ve heard is what you’ve heard,” she wrote. “I’ve heard they’re test-filming. And I wasn’t invited to BravoCon. So by the looks of it, I think it’s safe to say, probably not. …Maybe that’s just how they fire people these days, [by] just moving on without telling the person. Maybe it’s awkward for them. I don’t know.”
“But if they did tell me, I would’ve said, ‘Thanks for letting me know, and thanks so much for the journey – wish you guys all the best!’“ she added. “And I mean that. I’ll always be grateful for my time on the show. It was quite the experience, to say the least.”
Aydin assured fans that she’s all “good" despite not hearing from Bravo. “It’s time to keep moving,” she wrote. "And I got a podcast. It’s called TV Gold and it’s not about Housewives.”
“I think it’s finally safe to say, the rest is still unwritten…” she captioned her post.

Aydin also issued a statement to Radar Online reiterating that she has not heard from Bravo at all. “I can confirm that they have not told me anything, and by the looks of it, I would agree that I won’t be back," she told the outlet. "But it’s all good. I really do wish them well and all the best of luck.”
Of her “new journey" with her podcast, TV Gold, she said, “And that’s exactly what it’s gonna be, gold! So I wish them all the best, but it’s time for something new."
Aydin posted a TikTok with her longtime RHONJ co-star Teresa Giudice to tease her upcoming podcast. “It’s almost here, my very first guests on my very first episode of my brand new podcast,” she captioned the clip, tagging Giudice and her daughter Gia.
It’s been one year since Aydin boldly claimed on an Instagram Live that she would be coming back for RHONJ Season 15.
During an October 2024 episode of his Sirius XM show Andy Cohen Live, Bravo producer Andy Cohen addressed Aydin’s unauthorized claim about her return. “What? No. Jennifer Aydin confirmed that she’s returning?” a stunned Cohen said. “No, no, no. We’ve done nothing."
Cohen then clarified that Aydin spoke out of turn. "I wish her well," he said, adding, "I think, wait until Bravo or I says something. How about that?”
Soon after, Aydin appeared on Vicki Gunvalson’sMy Friend, My Soulmate podcast and explained she had simply defended herself after a “rude” commenter sent her a message. “Somebody was just very rude and said something like, you know, ‘Can’t wait until you’re not back on the show,’” she explained. “And I just respond, like, ‘Sorry to break it to you, but I am coming back. Sorry.’ It wasn’t really a confirmation.”
Aydin also claimed she cleared the air with Cohen. “I texted Andy,” she revealed. “I said, ‘First of all, Andy, I just really want to clarify.’ I told him the situation. I did not confirm, but I did respond, like, ‘Sorry to break it to you, I am coming back.’ Yes, as a snarky comeback. 'And until you guys tell me something otherwise, I am rolling with the vibe that I am still a Housewife, Hence, I’m coming back.’”
