Oreo is inviting fans on a "bold taste journey" with its latest limited-time offer.
The iconic cookie brand might be best known for its chocolate sandwich cookie filled with a sweet and fluffy vanilla creme, but over the years, it has taken some risks to develop some truly unique and viral flavors, with some of our personal favorite additions being its poppin' flavor collaboration with Coca-Cola and the flavor combination it developed with Post Malone, just to name a few. And its newest offer hopes to land on something just as great.
While Thanksgiving-inspired cookie flavors have some fans begging to know, "Who asked for this?" others remain curious about how Oreo executed the idea and don't seem too quick to turn it down (or maybe, the collectible tin it comes with is enough for them to look past the oddity, we may never know).

It goes without saying that Oreo's Thanksgiving-flavored cookies aren't conventional, with even the brand admitting this is a "test-and-learn" experience. So it's releasing them in hopes that fans will try them and then share their honest feedback.

Included in the limited-edition offer are six rather out-there cookie flavors like Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin Pie, Turkey & Stuffing, Creamed Corn, Sweet Potato, and Caramel Apple Pie.
"Who asked for this?" one fan wrote in response to the news online. "Straight to jail ?."
"Turkey and stuffing, and creamed corn?" another asked. "Ummm might pass on those 2 flavors."
A third said they're "tempted" to try it.
"Think I have to get it for the novelty, this is wild!" one more declared.

Arguably, Oreo Cranberry Sauce, Pumpkin Pie and Sweet Potato do sound like they have some serious potential, as does the Caramel Apple Pie flavor (which reminds us of the Apple Pie à La Mode variety it recently launched, not to be confused with the Oreo Apple Pie flavor it debuted in August 2017).
Others simply couldn't get past the price tag, "Damn almost $40 with shipping…..oh well, guess I’ll make a tiktok with it," one lamented.
Every collectible tin, which is shaped like an oversized Oreo, contains two of each cookie flavor—12 cookies total—and fans may not recognize them because they're covered in a chocolatey coating that's totally on theme for the foodie holiday.
