"You'll see in the next episode, I did go and get a Prenuvo scan," she told Roberts. " I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars[-Sinai] with all the team." Kim then told fans to "tune in next week" since "everything works out."
"It's just a good measure to go; make sure that you always check everything," she continued. "Health is wealth, and you just have to be careful with everything that you do."

In the teaser, she was shown getting a MRI scan and then later let her family know that “There was a little aneurysm.”
Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian and her other family members expressed their shock by the diagnosis, but she noted in the clip that the aneurysm was likely caused by "stress.”
According to the Mayo Clinic, a brain aneurysm is "bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain." The bulging and ballooning can typically happen when blood flow puts pressure on weaker parts of the blood vessels in the brain.
While most aneurysms are common and may not cause complications if they're small, there is a chance of leaking or breaking if they are larger. These larger aneurysms can cause a brain bleed, which can be life threatening.
Kim Kardashian on her stress levels
Kim opened up about some of the major challenges she faced in the newest season of the show, including preparing for the bar exam, going to Paris for the court case on the 2016 robbery, dealing with her divorce from ex-husband Kanye "Ye" West and co-parenting their four children — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6 — together.
“I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids,” Kim explained in the episode that premiered on Oct. 23. "Everyone around can handle it, but I want to protect my babies. They are going to know things. They’re going to grow up and see.”
In the trailer for the new season, Kim shared that while she's "happy [my marriage] over,” she knows “My ex will be in my life no matter what" since "We have four kids together.”

Kim also opened up more about their marriage on her interview with Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy back in October and shared some of the challenges she dealt with at the time.
"People can say that there was signs, and maybe I wasn't paying attention to them," she said. "I think when someone has, like, their first, like, mental break, you know, you wanna be super supportive and you wanna, like, help figure that out and you wanna really get into that with them and be there for them."
But during their marriage, Kim said that West was not "willing to make changes," and that made "it really hard to continue on in a relationship that can be toxic."
