In the Season 3 finale, "Comeuppance," Mike killed Milo (Aiden Gillen) after he manipulated Iris (Emma Laird) into killing Konstantin (Yorick van Wageningen). After Mike (Jeremy Renner) sends Iris on a bus out of town, Iris is later found dead of an apparent drug overdose (likely a suicide). Warden Kareem Moore (Michael Beach) also committed suicide after struggling to reconcile with the prison riots from the previous season.
