DENVER (KDVR) — A man was taken to a hospital after a reported stabbing on Monroe Street in Thornton on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Thornton Police Department, the stabbing occurred in the 9100 block of Monroe Street and a suspect was in custody as of about 3:40 p.m.
The Meadow Community School is located in the area. The school serves pre-kindergarten through 8th grade and is part of the Mapleton Public Schools district.
