“I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids,” Kim said during Thursday's season premiere. “Everyone around can handle it, but I want to protect my babies. They are going to know things. They’re going to grow up and see.”

The aneurysm isn't the only physical symptom that Kim is facing in the wake of her divorce — during the episode, she also mentioned that she's been experiencing psoriasis again that she believes is triggered by her ex.
“I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” Kim said on the episode, adding, "I felt more stressed, probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect."

Kim was referencing her children, who she said only recently have started to become aware of their dad's behavior, which she said is "so f------ sad."
"My job as a mom is to just make sure that — at a time when that behavior is happening — is just to make sure that they’re protected," she said.
