CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A crash has seriously injured one person on Tuesday morning, the Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic) says.
The incident happened just before 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 on Interstate 485 inner just past the exit for Oakdale Road, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The Long Creek Fire Department says its crews helped rescue one entrapped person.

Authorities have not said what led up to the crash.
