Hama, SANA – The workshops in Hama General Electricity Company have replaced 14 damaged electrical transformers in different areas of the province to improve the electrical situation. Director of the Company, Eng. Ahmed al-Youssef said in a statement to SANA reporter that the transformers in Hama, Masyaf, Salamiya, Mhardah and al-Suqaylbiyah were replaced to reduce the pressure resulting from the increased consumption of electrical energy. He noted that the workshops installed a transformer in al-Bayadiya with a capacity of 630 KV, and a pre-equip transformation center in Tayyibat al- Imam with a capacity of 630 Kv and two other transformation centers in the villages of Um al-Khair and al-Sa
