KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The owners of historic mansion and popular wedding venue Esperanza Mansion in Yates County have been indicted.
Todd Alexander and Mary Olivo face several charges, including grand larceny, perjury, tampering with physical evidence, and tax fraud.
The indictment accuses them of stealing event and room deposits, as well as stealing from the U.S. Small Business Administration. They’re also charged with forgery in connection to a State Liquor Authority application for a liquor license.
