ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A new photography exhibition, “Würzburg the Beautiful,” showcases photos taken over nearly eight years in Würzburg, Germany, Rochester’s sister city.
Located at Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services, the photos were taken by Photographer Boris Albert.
The exhibit shows Albert’s perspective of Würzburg, going through all the seasons. Albert expressed his enthusiasm about the exhibit.
“This idea to get in touch with people. Having something like this going on, it’s just wild and cool.”
The exhibition will be open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Oct. 31 at the Loretta Center, and entry is free. It is on St. Paul Street right across the street from the RTS Transit Center in the city.
Würzburg, Germany, is one of Rochester’s twelve sister cities around the world. Some of the other sister cities include Caltanissetta, Italy, Rennes, France, and Waterford, Ireland.
