ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A driver is recovering from minor injuries after two SUVs collided in Rochester’s East End on Monday just after midnight.
It happened at the intersection of East Avenue and Alexander Street. Rochester Police say one driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance and the other wasn’t hurt
