ROMULUS, N.Y. — A Rochester man faces charges after getting accidentally trapped inside a fenced property in Romulus and claiming to be a federal agent.
David Dahrsnin, 62, was charged with criminal trespass and criminal impersonation, a felony. Deputies said that they found a white Ford SUV locked behind a private landowner’s fence at around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11. While deputies tried to determine his identity, he kept telling them he was a federal agent working undercover and conducting surveillance for the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Dahrsnin is to appear Oct. 24 in Romulus Town Court.
