    1. What would be your top priority if elected? Bill’s commitment to earning residents’ trust reflects his practical expertise and strong grasp of local concerns. His active involvement has benefited the community, and he continues to prioritize transparent, responsive leadership. Balancing industrial, retail and manufacturing businesses with new housing is essential; otherwise, we risk becoming a bedroom community where homeowners face higher taxes.

    2. Do you support the Catalyst project? Explain your position.  There are two projects: The Catalyst led by Greeley and Cascadia led by Martin Lind. I still say it should have come to the voters, but our council said no. If only Catalyst was going to be developed, I would oppose it; but with Cascadia included, both benefit Greeley and Northern Colorado. These projects aim to make Greeley a more balanced city by creating better jobs and higher wages. Plans include manufacturing facilities, industrial complexes, retail, office buildings and 6,000 new residential units, which will support additional stores for residents. The resulting tax revenue will provide further benefits with affordable housing, maintaining the infrastructure, etc.

    3. What do you think the city could do to best improve public safety? Public safety includes more than just police, the fire department and EMS. It involves safe transportation — like traffic lights, stop signs and well-maintained roads — as well as keeping systems updated so citizens feel secure in Greeley. We have to constantly upgrade our systems to keep our citizens safe.
