ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A person is in custody after a Rochester Police chase on Thursday morning. Police say it started because of shots fired on North Street around 2 a.m.
RPD says they later found a car believed to be involved. News10NBC was the scene where the chase ended on Joseph Avenue near Weaver Street.
