One Minneapolis woman is going viral for her over-the-top Halloween decorations inspired by Taylor Swift's new album, The Life of a Showgirl—or should we say, The Life of a Showghoul.
Homeowner Miranda Soukup goes all-out for Halloween every year, and this spooky season, she decided to put a Swiftie twist on her undead Halloween decor—and the internet is loving it.

The incredible display features a skeleton pop star—named "Taylor Stiff—decked out in her feathered showgirl best, with a skeleton paparazzi snapping her photo and two skeleton podcasters sitting at a table by her side.
The display also features a makeshift graveyard on one side of the house, and the words "The Life of a Showghoul" spelled out across the lawn in fake bones made of spray foam.

"My neighborhood goes wild for Halloween, so I had started brainstorming what my display would be months ago," Soukup tells Parade. "Last year, I did "Goodbye Earl" by the Chicks and had tons of millennial women stopping, laughing, and taking pictures, so I knew I wanted to do something even better this year."

Soukup says she "immediately" thought of the "Showgoul" idea after Swift announced the new album in August during her boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast, New Heights—or as Soukup likes to call it, "New Frights".

"Each time Taylor posted a new Instagram teaser post, I was brainstorming how I could incorporate small details, but in a spooky way," Soukup says. "It was fun to keep building on ideas as new teasers dropped!"

In total, Soukuop says it took about six weeks to plan all of the fine details in the display, including finding outfits for the skeletons, making "Life of a Showghoul" bracelets to trade and redesigning Swift's album's covers, each with a spooky twist.
As for her favorite part of the display, Soukup says her "Swiftie cam" has been the best part "by far."

"I’ve had so many kiddos coming over, many being surprised by their moms on the way to the movie, in awe of the display. It’s been so fun to capture their reactions, and see their excitement when they open the easter eggs with bracelets inside."
And fortunately for Soukup, her next-door neighbors are "the best," helping to supply some of the materials for the display and even taking part in the bracelet-trading fun.

"I had a lot of the materials for the display already. I’m a big theme party planner, so I keep everything to be re-used for parties or displays," Soukup explains. "The dress 'Taylor Stiff' is wearing on the skeleton is a dress my sister bought for the Eras Tour! I also asked for help from my local Buy Nothing group to source other items for the display, like the podcast headphones and jewelry."
"It was a fun way to get my community and neighbors involved!" Soukup adds.
