The latest player to decommit from Arkansas is defensive lineman Cameron McGee, who announced on his social media account on Saturday night that he was reopening his recruitment process completely. The 3-star recruit from Loganville, Ga., had been committed to Arkansas since June 15 but is now heading elsewhere for the 2026 season.

But now, the 6-foot-3, 330-pound McGee has become part of the exodus of Razorback recruits who are going elsewhere after Pittman was let go last week. McGee is the 9th prospect to decommit from Arkansas since Pittman’s firing and the 2nd defensive lineman, with Auburn, Ala., 3-star recruit Carnell Jackson being the other.
Offers from Alabama and Kansas State were added this fall for McGee, who, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, is ranked 1,727th in the Class of 2026. He’s the 184th-ranked defensive lineman in the class and the 162nd-ranked player from the state of Georgia.
Arkansas is now reeling again in the recruiting world as it attempts to pick up the pieces on the field after a 2-3 start that includes a 3-game losing streak.
