Thanks to its new "Postcard Cabin" program, part of its just-launched Outdoor Collection, guests can now search more than 1,200 cabins in 29 U.S. destinations, including Big Bear, California, and Shenandoah National Park.
The tiny cabins offer all the services fans of the hotel chain are used to: freshly made beds upon arrival, a/c, bathroom, kitchenette and workspace, plus a fire pit, Adirondak chairs and access to some of the best trails and lakes in the U.S. And they're even pet-friendly.

Cabins can fit two to four people, depending on cabin type and there are accessible options available. Key details are texted via SMS and Marriott is always available 24-7 for support. If you're looking to grill out, there are grill tops for the fire pit.
Up until now, travelers have had to make their reservations at sites like AirBnB, VRBO and Glamping.com, and potentially risk last-minute cancellations or other issues associated with smaller booking sites. Now, they'll be able to search wider inventory and maybe have an easier time getting into some of the most popular parks and hiking destinations.

Postcard Cabins Gilchrist Springs in High Springs, Florida, known for its clear, cool waters. Guests can meander on-site trails and explore natural wonders like Devil’s Millhopper and Geological State Park.Postcard Cabins Big Bear in Running Springs, California, offers sweeping views of the San Bernardino mountains and endless leaf- and deer-peeping spots around Big Bear Lake.Marriott Bonvoy also debuted Trailborn Hotels as part of its new Outdoors Collection, including a variety of properties located in popular outdoors destinations, such as the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Grand Canyon and Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The properties all blend the brand's high-end architectural style with cultural programming, curated food and beverage, and the area's natural attractions.
To encourage greater exploration, the brand is also partnering with Outside Interactive on a series of "Moments" including adventure in Hawaii where guests hike along the Kauai coastline and kayak through Hanalei Bay, kayaking experiences in the Maldives, snorkeling in Belize and more.
