From lotion to body wash, Bath & Body Works has a handle on body care products. The popular brand also has a strong showing in home fragrance with its popular 3-wick candles, room sprays, and Wallflowers plug-ins.
Now, it’s going further into its next scent-driven frontier: laundry. In a new first-of-its-kind product for Bath & Body Works, the chain is introducing dryer sheets, bringing perfumer-created fine fragrances into the laundry room.

The new product is an extension of the brand’s fabric care collection, which launched in 2023 with detergents and scent boosters. Beginning Sept. 29, Bath & Body Works fans will be able to purchase dryer sheets in four distinct scents from Bath & Body Works U.S. stores and online.
Bath & Body Works says nearly a third of all customers who have tried laundry products at the chain have already come back for more, and it’s banking on the new dryer sheets, which it promises soften fabric, reduce wrinkles, and minimize static, to keep the momentum going.
“Our customers told us they wanted the fragrances they love to touch every part of their lives,” said Betsy Schumacher, Bath & Body Works’ chief merchandising officer, in a statement shared with Parade. “Dryer sheets are the natural next step in crafting that truly immersive laundry experience, and we’re proud to deliver an elevated touch through fine fragrance.”

The new dryer sheets will be available in four fan-favorite scents:
Mahogany Teakwood, which Bath & Body Works says smells like “borrowing their flannel for a hike in the woods,” with notes of mahogany, black teakwood, and lavender. Cactus Blossom, which features notes of cactus flower petals, fresh citrus, and vanilla coconut. The fragrance smells like “a sweet, crisp, tropical oasis,” says Bath & Body Works. Sundrenched Linen, which is meant to emulate the smell of “fresh, clean laundry drying on a line in the sunshine,” with notes of fresh linen, crisp apple, and soft musk.Lavender Vanilla, which features notes of lavender blossom, creamy vanilla, and white woods, and is meant to smell like “a dreamy bedside bouquet.”All four scents are also available as fragrance booster and detergent options, allowing customers to mix-and-match scent combinations or go all in on a favorite Bath & Body Works fragrance.
