"This past decade for me has been a whirlwind and, at times, a total circus. In early 2024 I decided it was time to get off the roller coaster. Since then I’ve gone through many battles with myself and my ego. Biggest battle has been Embarrassment," wrote Haack in the post's caption.
She said she has carried embarrassment over her divorces from El Moussa, her second ex-husband, Ant Anstead, and her third husband, Josh Hall.
"Embarrassment over allowing myself to be treated certain ways and having 3 failed marriages -Trust me that one hurts and still at times makes me cringe," stated the Christina on the Coast star.
She clarified that she has forgiven herself.
"I had to finally look myself in the mirror, do the work (with my amazing life coach) and ultimately decide to take ownership over my choices and most importantly- to forgive myself," stated the 42-year-old in the post's caption. "I am still a work in progress but I can say that one thing has changed, I don’t have anxiety. And this came from self awareness within (not from smoking a toad or trying a quick fix)."
She also said that she "had the wind knocked out of [her] so many times [she is] shocked [she is] still happy, motivated, and excited about life."
"I’ll credit this to wanting to change, putting in the work to better understand myself, and only surrounding myself with people who are also happy, motivated and genuinely want me to succeed. That last one is SO important," continued Haack. "I’ve been tested, humbled, and reminded of what truly matters: my kids (especially communication and them ultimately learning from my mistakes), my inner circle, and NEVER giving up on my dreams!If you’re in the tornado, don’t give up. I promise if you decide to make a change and stick with it, life can truly be peaceful, FUN and free."
Christina Haack's 'The Flip Off' Co-Stars Commented on Her Post
Tarek and his wife, Heather El Moussa, who co-star on The Flip Off with Haack, were quick to comment on the post.
"Let’s be real …you’re just trying to compete with me to see who can get beat up by life more it’s close hahaha," wrote Tarek in the comments section.
"you go girl!!" added Heather.
In a May 2025 panel, the El Moussas, who share a 2-year-old son, Tristan, spoke about competing against Haack on The Flip Off, which premiered in January 2025. Heather said she was pleased that Hall left The Flip Off after he and Haack split in 2024.
"I never liked him," said Heather during the panel.
Haack, who is currently dating businessman Christopher Larocca, agreed it was for the best that Hall exited The Flip Off after filming its first episode. She explained that she and Hall were already having issues before they began filming the series. In addition, Haack said that Hall didn't fit in with her dynamic with the El Moussas.
"So when he left, it was easier because then we can all be ourselves and have fun and joke around without anyone being in a bad mood," said Haack.
During the May 2025 panel, Tarek shared that he most appreciated filming The Flip Off because it strengthened his and Heather's friendship with Haack, whom he divorced in 2018. As fans are aware, Tarek and Haack share two children, Taylor, 15, and Brayden, 10. Haack and Anstead have a son named Hudson, 6.
"The show itself brought all of us so much closer together as a family. And I would say the biggest winners in all of this would be the children," said Tarek.
