The Gulf country’s cabinet decided to suspend entry into the country of non-nationals for two weeks starting on February 7. Foreigners who are direct relatives of Kuwaitis and their travel companions and helpers will be exempt from the rule. The authorities also decided to fully close health clubs, resorts, beauty salons and hairdressers for a month. Restaurants meanwhile will have to close from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. but are permitted to serve deliveries, while halls and tents will be fully closed for celebrations and
