ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A large upper level ridge will dominate our weather this week, pushing in high pressure that will keep our skies sunny and dry. We’ll start off warm, then dip to fall-like temperatures, then warm back up for another mild weekend.
Today we’ll see temperatures climb to the mid 70s along the lakeshore and upper 70s inland, with some brief clouds possible around noon as a weak cold front comes through. Sunny skies for the majority of the day however, and this evening will be nice and dry and mild with temps in the low 70s to upper 60s.
Tomorrow out temps peak near 80 degrees, so many not the most fall-like day for fall activities. If you’re waiting for it to feel like fall, Wednesday is your best bet as highs will only be in the low 60s. Sweater weather!
Our next chance for rain won’t be until possibly early next week… So unfortunately our drought will only get worse before it gets better.
