(KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert in Alameda County for a missing at-risk woman.
Tanasha Norbert, 52, was last seen on Sept. 23 at 9:30 p.m. in the area of Western Boulevard and Blossom Way, according to CHP.
Norbert is believed to traveling on foot.
She is described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and red-and-black eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a green shirt, gray-and-black pants and no shoes.
