The Ryder Cup pairings for the opening round of the 2025 edition of the iconic tournament have been confirmed.
Things get going on Friday morning with the foursomes, and the duos have been locked in.
Team Europe are looking to defend the title they brilliantly claimed in 2023’s edition.
However, the Europeans haven’t won on American soil since 2012, but ahead of the competition getting underway, Luke Donald and Keegan Bradley have made their picks for the Friday morning foursomes.
The standout tie sees Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood take on Colin Morikawa and Harris English; they will be on course at 7:42am local time.
Another brilliant encounter sees Robert MacIntyre and Viktor Hovland take on Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay.
And the most nerve-wracking tee shot in all of golf for Team Europe will fall to one of Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton.
And for Team USA, it is either Bryson DeChambeau or Justin Thomas for the tee in another blockbuster clash, and all golf fans from around the world will be tuned in.
The final pairing sees Matt Fitzpatrick and Ludvig Aberg take on Scottie Scheffler and Russell Henley.
The pairings for the afternoon four-ball session will be announced shortly after the morning session concludes.

Ryder Cup 2025: Friday foursomes
Each team at the Ryder Cup consists of 12 players, and on the first day, they are split into pairs, but only eight players on each team take part in the foursomes.
The captains pick eight players to create four matches across the morning, with four players for each side kept in reserve.
In foursomes, two-man teams play the same ball and alternate who hits the shot until the hole is completed.
For example, if one player hits the tee shot, their partner must take the second shot, and so on.
One player will hit every odd-numbered tee shot, while their partner goes first on the even numbers.

The 45th edition of the Ryder Cup will take place from Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28.
It is being held at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, New York.
Action will start at 7:10am ET time (12:10pm UK time) over the first two days and at 12:02pm (5:02pm in the UK) for Sunday’s singles. Full tee times are below.
