Lisa Rinna announced she’s publishing her memoir—and she’s not holding back.
On Sept. 24, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared the cover of her upcoming book, You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It, on Instagram and teased, “The vault is open, honey! Feb 24th. Pre-order now ?.”
A synopsis posted by publisher Harper Collins promised that Rinna will spill secrets “from the soundstages of Days of Our Lives to the drama of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the latter of which she exited in January 2023.
“From her career, to her personal life, to spilling all the tea. If she’s experienced it... you better believe she’s gonna talk about it!” the synopsis read. A quote from Rinna noted that her mouth has already gotten her into ''so much trouble."
In an interview with People magazine, Rinna, 62, added, "I don't know if everyone is ready for all of the truth I am unloading in this book. But I was certainly ready to tell it."

The title of the tell-all stems from Rinna’s famous Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fight with Kim Richards during a cast trip to Amsterdam. In the Season 5 episode, Richards claimed to know a secret about Rinna’s husband, Harry Hamlin. Rinna warned Richards not to ever talk about her husband.
Ten years later, in February 2025, Rinna and Hamlin launched the Let’s Not Talk About the Husband podcast. Hamlin credited his wife’s former co-star for the podcast name.
“So hence the title of this podcast, which is Let’s Not Talk About The Husband, uttered by Kim Richards in a moment of rage in Amsterdam and has evolved over years into this,” Hamlin said. “So, everybody out there, thank you, Kim Richards for giving us the title to our podcast.”
You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It will be Rinna’s third book. The actress and entrepreneur previously penned the 2009 book Rinnavation: Getting Your Best Life Ever and 2012's The Big, Fun, Sexy Sex Book.
In a 2012 interview with CNN, Rinna admitted she never thought she’d write a sex advice book.
“I certainly never set out to do any of this,” she said. “I never thought I’d write a book about sex. I’m not an expert. But I have lived through something, and I have been in a marriage for 20 years that has lasted, so I think I have valuable things to say.”
