Country star Miranda Lambert is known for a lot of talents: Singing and performing, launching her own clothing line, and writing her own cookbook. And now, fans know that she can add another to the list — even if it's a bit unexpected!
On Wednesday, Sept. 24, Lambert competed with the United States in the Ryder Cup Celebrity All-Star Match as they played (and won!) against Europe, and after she shared photos and videos from the match on Instagram, fans are seriously impressed.

Undeniably, Lambert looked adorable in her Ryder Cup uniform, but it was the videos of her in action that really left people asking, "What can't she do?"
"Looking like a pro!" one commenter wrote.
Another added, "Girl you had me trying to Google how golf scoring works at 8 a.m. on a Wednesday. It was so fun to watch this journey!"
Earlier this month, Lambert announced that she'd be joining the Ryder Cup celebrity line up, revealing that husband Brandon McLoughlin had been helping her prepare to compete. Later, she shared some golfing advice she received from fellow country star Luke Bryan in a video she shared on her Instagram Stories on Sept. 23: "Smoke a cigarette, drink some wine, and play like a man."
That advice must have worked for her, because she looks like she's been golfing her whole life in those videos!
What Is the Ryder Cup?
The Ryder Cup is a golf tournament between the U.S. and Europe that takes place every two years and is held over a three day period, though it's a little different than typical golf tournaments.
According to the competition's website, the Ryder Cup is a "match play competition." Each team is trying to be the first to score 14 out of 28 possible points, which would make them the winner. If there's a tie at the end of the three days of matches, the winner from the previous competition gets to keep their trophy.
For the 2025 match, the pros will begin playing on Sept. 26 at Bethpage Black Golf Course in New York.
Lambert contributed to the U.S.A.'s win in the celebrity match in a big way. On Wednesday, she and her partner, Michael Strahan, defeated European opponents Catherine Zeta-Jones and Pau Gasol 6-5. Not too shabby for a gal who's brand new to the sport!
