ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 19-year-old is recovering after officers found him with a gunshot wound on Clifford Avenue and Miller Street on Tuesday night.
Rochester Police eventually determined that the shooting happened a block away on Portland Avenue. Officers found the victim around 11 p.m. and he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. He is expected to survive.
Police are still investigating and asking anyone with information to call 911.
