CNBC is touting an appearance from Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee at 8:30 am ET. Generally with CNBC, those aren't exact times and it might come anywhere in the following 15 minutes.
The other highlights on the calendar come a bit later with the US flash manufacturing and services PMIs from S&P Global at 9:45 am ET. Then at 10 am ET, we get the Richmond Fed. So far this month, Empire was soft and Philly was strong.
Later we get a 2-year auction at 1 pm and the Fed's Daly at 2:30 pm ET.
As for Goolsbee, he's shifted moderately dovish but he likes to keep his options open and is unlikely to offer much in the way of hints ahead of the October FOMC.
