Police said they were called to the home 7:36 a.m. after receiving a report of shots fired in the home, according to an 8:55 a.m. Facebook update.
“The occupants have continued to be non-compliant with our orders to exit peacefully, instead barricading inside the residence in question,” the Commerce City Police Department said in the post.
SWAT team members and negotiators are on scene, authorities said.
