ROCHESTER, N.Y. — New York State Police are asking for help looking for a 37-year-old woman from Canandaigua last seen in Oneida County.
Police say Caitlyn Hand was last seen after being released from the Oneida County Jail after she was arrested following a 49-mile police chase that ended in Oswego County on Sept. 14.
Hand is described as 5’7″ tall, weighing 110 pounds, with long blonde hair, and brown eyes. Police say she was last seen by law enforcement walking in a parking lot in Rome, saying she was wearing a blue shirt, light beige pants, white sneakers, and had a black crossbody purse.
Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
