GREECE, N.Y. — A 43-year-old man who Greece Police say is currently homeless has been arrested after being accused of a string of burglaries along Erie Canal Drive.
Detectives from the department say they believe Anthony Carter is responsible for at least seven recent burglaries along Erie Canal Drive.
Carter was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with the burglary in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the third and fourth degrees.
Police say more charges could be issued as the investigation continues.
