RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — An AMBER Alert is out for a missing 1-year-old child in Randolph County.

The alert is for 1-year-old Iris Everly-Marie Fargis.

    She is described as a white girl who is around 2-feet-1-inches tall, weighing 23 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, wearing an orange Halloween shirt and black Halloween pants.

    Investigators say the child is believed to be with Tyler Ray Toodle.

    The pair is said to have left the 700 block of Hanner Road in Randleman and is traveling in an unknown direction in a Black 2018 Honda Civic with dark-tinted windows and the North Carolina license plate JMS6500.

    Investigators say Toodle has ties to Sampson County, Caswell County, and Alamance County.
