Popeyes is bringing a whole new sauce to the table and an entirely new menu to its restaurants.
Following its launch of an entirely new menu category, the Louisiana-style chicken chain landed in the hot seat, so to speak, announcing it's teamed up with YouTube's iconic Hot Ones series hosted by Sean Evans on a partnership that "turns up the heat" on the screen during celeb interviews and in real life for those customers brave enough to try 'em.
Inspired by the sauces that made the show such a hit in the first place, Popeyes' new Hot Ones hot sauce menu gets progressively hotter until The Last Dab, the infamously spicy sauce that closes out every episode of the series.
The "natural fit" partnership is "blurring the line between entertainment and food," according to Popeyes' chief marketing officer Bart LaCount, "delivering an experience that ranges from mild and craveable to unapologetically fiery for our most passionate spice lovers."
"This limited-time menu is more than a product launch, it’s a cultural moment," the exec added.

Popeyes' New Hot Ones Menu
The Popeyes x Hot Ones menu, which just "makes sense," features four chicken-based entrees in varying degrees of heat, from mild to extremely hot. It includes the Sizzlin' Sriracha Dippers, Smokin' Rojo Sandwich, Darin' Dab Ghost Wings and The Last Dab.
Sizzlin’ Sriracha Dippers (Mild): Pickled garlic sriracha-marinated Chicken Dippers, served with a Buttermilk Ranch dip cup and a fiery Sriracha sachet. Smokin’ Rojo Sandwich (Medium): A crispy chicken fillet topped with Hot Ones’ Los Calientes Rojo spread and tangy pickles, all on a toasted brioche bun. Darin’ Dab Ghost Wings (Hot): Classic wings (bone-in or boneless) dusted with a bold Ghost Pepper dry rub, served with a Last Dab Ranch dip cup. The Last Dab (Extremely Hot): Hot Ones’ spiciest, most iconic hot sauce, served in a sachet for fans to add that infamous final “dab” to their last wing. Popeyes x Hot Ones menu is available for a limited time."When you think of bold flavors and serious heat, Popeyes is right up there with Hot Ones," Evans joked. "Bringing our worlds together for this limited-time menu, we’ve created something that’s going to test spice lovers in the most delicious way possible,” he added. "Popeyes has built a cult following around bold, craveable flavors, so bringing our heat to their wings just made sense."
And should customers want to level up the heat on their go-to Popeyes order, we're told that fans will be able to do that with a standalone sauce sachet available a la carte for an additional $1 (price may vary).
