Units of the Armed Forces concluded their participation in the “Bright Star” exercise in Egypt on Thursday. The final phase was attended by Lieutenant General Fahd Al-Juhani, Chief of Staff of the Land Forces.
The concluding phase of the exercise involved the execution of combat scenarios using vehicles and armored personnel carriers, unconventional warfare operations to counter terrorist organizations, reconnaissance operations, live-fire drills, and tactical parachute drops.
The participating armed forces units demonstrated a high level of combat readiness and professionalism in carrying out the various operations during the exercise.
The final stage of the joint Egyptian-American training (“Bright Star-2025”) also included a number of naval training activities.
The naval exercises were attended by General Dimitrios Houpis, Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, along with a number of commanders from the Egyptian Armed Forces and other participating nations.
