ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 53-year-old man accused of shooting a man in the back of the head in March has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapon charges.
Rochester Police say Michael Buie got into an argument with the victim at a home on Manor Parkway in March and shot him in the back of the head.
Buie pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the second-degree and criminal possession of a weapon. He is set to be sentenced to 11 years in prison in December.
