Actress Angelina Jolie, who stars in the new movie Couture that recently premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, shared a rare comment while doing press for the film about what her daughter Zahara has been up to lately.
Jolie stopped to speak with a journalist at Entertainment Tonight, and the two discussed the experience of sending children off to college.
Reflecting on her personal experiences, the 50-year-old said while referring to the reporter's daughter who recently headed off to school, "You know, the great thing is, she's going to return even more of a woman, even more of a mind, even more of a thinker."
"You're going to learn so much from this extraordinary person she's going to become," she went on.
Jolie then touched on her daughter Zahara's college experience, as the 20-year-old is currently studying at Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. "My daughter's in her last year of university," she declared. "I just feel like I got to have the great gift of being able to learn from her and hear what she's doing and live vicariously. It's amazing!"
Zahara's older brother Maddox also went away for college, deciding to study at the prestigious Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.

Zahara is Thriving While Studying at Spelman College
While Jolie and her children tend to keep their personal lives private, fans have seen glimpses here and there of Zahara's life at college, and she appears to be thriving. When she first arrived at Spelman College, Jolie proudly celebrated the exciting moment on social media, showing off her daughter's accomplishment.
Soon after, fans from all over shared overwhelming support for Zahara as she joined the historic Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. The sorority shared a video showing some new members, including Zahara, participating in what is called the "crossing ceremony," and fans couldn't get enough of the sweet, wholesome moment.
Earlier this year, Jolie attended a special mother-daughter brunch to support Zahara as she gave a speech about period poverty at an event put on by Women in Training, Inc. Jolie and Zahara looked radiant in all white outfits as they posed for photos with others in attendance.
Along with Zahara and Maddox, Jolie is also mother to a son named Pax, a daughter named Shiloh, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne.
