Taking to Instagram, they shared a joint video where they had a little fun with fans before sharing their exciting news.
“So, here’s the big announcement,” Burton began before Lundstrom cut him off to say, “Sylvester Stallone is coming over on Sunday for sauce.” That wasn’t the news, but it certainly got fans’ attention, which is what they wanted.
The newlyweds are starting a new fall fitness challenge. “The big announcement is that we are teaming up. We’ve created a Reset and Rise Challenge 21-Day Fall Challenge.”
Lundstrom chimed in to add, “Twenty-one days with us, and it will honestly change your life.” The challenge includes tips on fitness, mindset, and cooking healthy without feeling you are missing out.
“In case you didn’t know, I’m an Italian who loves to eat, so I’ve mastered the art of creating recipes that make you feel like you’re not missing out, eating delicious foods, staying on track, getting healthy, losing weight, and it becomes a lifestyle,” Lundstrom expressed.
Burton has spent years working as a fitness and mindset coach while starring on General Hospital. The actor is all about positivity and living a healthy life.
