Bear’s story: Although listed as Pekingese, Bear and his siblings likely are a mix of several breeds. The rescue can’t tell by looking at them; they would be great candidates for DNA testing. Bear would do best with someone who is home most of the time or, weather permitting, could take him along on outings. He is a smart boy who learns quickly with positive reinforcement (treats). He loves to lie on his back in his bed and toss his little stuffed animals in the air. He also enjoys interactive toys, the kind that dispense treats. He deserves the best home with someone who will give him a loving, wonderful life. He’s healthy, fully vaccinated, parasite- and heartworm-free and microchipped.
