GENEVA, N.Y. — A 34-year-old man is facing charges after Geneva Police say he broke into and stole equipment from the Smith Opera House in Geneva.
Police say it happened on Aug. 27. They say the man, Catheuss Golden, broke into the opera house and stole over $500 worth of electronic equipment.
Early Friday morning, police arrested Golden and charged him with burglary in the third degree. He was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
