ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are working to determine where a man, 25, was shot after he showed up at Strong Memorial Hospital with a lower-body gunshot wound on Thursday.
RPD says a private car dropped him off around 3:30 a.m. Investigators say he may have been shot somewhere on Frost Avenue on the city’s southwest side but officers are still working to confirm that.
The man is expected to survive. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
