CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person has life-threatening injuries after being struck by a train, the Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic) confirms.
The incident was first reported around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, near the intersection of University City Boulevard and Back Creek Church Road.
Medic says it took the injured person to Atrium Carolinas Medical Center. It is unclear the extent of this person's injuries or what led up to the crash.
