The Faubourg Galant Paris has officially opened its doors on September 1, 2025, as part of Accor’s Handwritten Collection. Located in the Faubourg Montmartre district, close to the Opéra and Grands Boulevards, the new 63-room property, including two suites, has been fully renovated to embody the spirit of the Handwritten brand: mid-sized hotels with a strong local connection and shaped by the hotelier’s personality. Olive oil, a passion of the hotel’s owner who cultivates an olive grove near Grasse, serves as the guiding theme of the guest experience. It is featured in an olive oil bar, a signature cocktail, and offered as a souvenir to take away.
