West Ham do not ideally want to sell Paqueta but they would listen to offers of £60million or above.
The Brazilian has played every minute of the season so far for the Hammers, scoring two goals in three games.
He is a key part of his side’s line-up and manager Graham Potter is reluctant to lose one of his star men.
But Villa could potentially make a move for Paqueta as they look to add some more creativity to their squad.
Unai Emery‘s side have not scored in their opening two Premier League outings, of which they have lost one and drawn one.
They also said goodbye to Jacob Ramsey as their academy product joined Newcastle, leaving them with one less midfield option.
Villa look to be eyeing a move for Paqueta after Tottenham’s interest in the 28-year-old Brazil international.
